SHIPPING POLICY

Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of order confirmation. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days for standard shipping within the continental United States excludes Hawaii and Alaska.

Shipping Methods and Costs

All products are shipped out of our warehouse located in Perth Amboy, NJ, USA.  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50 within the continental United States excludes Hawaii and Alaska.

Geographic Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States locations. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or internationally.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Issues

Fourth Youth is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@fourthyouth.com so we can investigate.

Delays and Cancellations

If we experience an unexpected delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email within a reasonable time and provide you with the option to:

  • Consent to the delay and receive your order when available, or
  • Cancel your order and receive a full refund within 7 business days

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase.

International Orders & Shipping

We happily ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 3-5 business days to ship from warehouse. Depending on your location and customs processing times, arrival times will vary.

Important: As the buyer, you are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs assessed by your country. These fees are set by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total or shipping costs. Your package may be held at customs until these charges are paid. We recommend checking with your local customs office regarding potential fees before placing your order.

All international sales are final once shipped.
