1. Sponsor
The giveaway is sponsored by Fourth Youth Company, 123 S Broad Street, Suite 1500, Philadelphia, PA 19109 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Entry period
The giveaway starts on October 28, 2026 and ends on November 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time ("Entry Period").
4. How to enter
Fill in the entry form at fourthyouth.com/pages/win-this-bundle with your name and email address (phone number optional) during the Entry Period. To complete your entry, follow @fourthyouthskin on Instagram and tag a friend in the comments of our giveaway post. Limit one entry per person. Entries that are incomplete, automated or submitted in violation of these rules are void.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one Moon Mode, one Glow Mode, one Lip Lush and one Fourth Youth cap. Approximate retail value: $186. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an item becomes unavailable. The prize ships to an address in the United States only.
6. Winner selection and notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about December 2, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email and/or Instagram direct message and must reply within seven (7) days to claim the prize. If the winner does not reply in time or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at random.
7. Taxes
The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their name and Instagram handle to announce the winner, without further compensation.
9. Privacy and marketing
By entering, entrants agree to be added to Sponsor's email marketing list and, if they provide a phone number, to receive marketing text messages from Sponsor. Message and data rates may apply. Entrants can unsubscribe from emails at any time and opt out of texts by replying STOP. Information collected is handled in line with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
10. General conditions and limitation of liability
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries, or for technical failures. Sponsor may cancel or modify the giveaway if it cannot run as planned for reasons beyond its control. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor from any liability related to the giveaway or the prize.
11. Instagram
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any liability related to the giveaway.
12. Governing law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
